ART. 1 - Camping entrance

1. Only people authorized by the management are admitted inside the camping area.
2. The authorisation is provided upon presentation of a valid ID, and, when requested, a Public Security form must be subscribed. Guests will receive a “pass” and a magnetic key for vehicles access ( to be returned before departure ) .
3. People under 18 are not allowed to enter alone the camp site. An adult must be with them and will be legally responsible for them.

ART. 2 - Minimum stay

1. Minimum stay : 1 night

ART. 3 – Registration

1. Guests are requested to check the accuracy of the registration, inform the management in case of discordance and notify variations such as pitch changing, incoming and outgoing guests or visitors.

ART. 4 - Maximum places per pitch, inclusive services, additional small tents

1. It is forbidden to exceed the number of persons per Pitch.

ART. 5 - Pitches , bungalows and mobile homes

1. Guest can choose among the pitches indicated by the staff. Bungalows and mobile homes will be assigned according to availability.
2. The Management reserves the right to change the pitch, bungalow and mobile home number, after the deposit of down payment and before arrival.
3. Reservation cannot be transferred to other people unless authorized by the Management.
4. Free pitches can be taken only if authorized by the Management and after the down payment deposit which is established by the Management.
5. All equipment, vehicles included, must be placed and kept in good order within the pitch’s borders.

ART. 6 - Arrival/departure time

1. Pitches can be occupied at 12.00 a.m. , bungalows and mobile homes at4.00 p.m.
2. Customers must leave bungalows and mobil homes at 10.00 a.m. and pitches at noon. For later departures the payment of one additional day will be required.

ART. 7 - Visitors and daily guests

1. Management reserves the right to allow the entrance of visitors and daily guests (with no dogs). Visitors will be allowed for free for a short period of time, depending on camp site organization.
2. Any extended visit must be authorized by the Management and foresees a fee according to the official price list.
3. Visitors and daily guests can enter the camp site only during day time and with no dogs.
4. Camping guests must make sure that the entrance of their guests has been authorized by the Management. and will be considered responsible for their guests’ behaviour inside the camp site.

ART. 8 – Pets

1. Pets and small sized dogs are admitted in a specific area of the camp site (no bungalows).
2. Dogs must be kept muzzled, on a leach ( maximum length 1,5 m ). The dogs’ owners must take them to the indicated toilet or outside the camp site for their physiological needs.
3. Dogs are not allowed to the beach area as established by the Harbour-master’s office.

ART. 9 - Quiet and silence

1. Guests must avoid noisy activities, games and the use of electronic devices that may disturb the camping guests at any time of the day.
2. During the ‘silence hours’ (indicated on the board at the main entrance) the following activities are strictly forbidden: arrivals and departures; to enter or exit the camp site using motorized vehicles and their use inside the camp site; the use of noisy electronic devices ; the use of sports and leisure equipment; to set up and strike tents.

ART. 10 - Vehicles transit and parking - caravan entrance

1. Only registered cars and motorbikes (identified by plate number) can enter the camp site (pitches and parking places) using the electronic key. One vehicle at a time will be allowed on each pitch; a card reporting the pitch number must be displayed on the vehicle.
2. The use of each vehicle is allowed only to enter or exit the camp site during the specific hours. All vehicles must respect the internal signals and must proceed at a very slow speed. It is forbidden to use motor vehicles during “silence hours”. For no reason motor vehicles can be operated in the “game park area”.
3. Any car or and motorcycle parked outside the pitch or without the pitch number card clearly visible will be towed away and all fees will be charged to the owner.
4. In case of lack of respect of the mentioned regulation, the management reserve the right to disable the electronic key.

ART. 11 – Children

1. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children! Their energy and , whose dynamism cannot disturb the quiet and security of the other guests of the camp site.

ART. 12 – Rules

It is strictly forbidden to:

1. to throw garbage outside of the apposite containers
2. to dig holes or small canals in the ground and change the pitch’s borders
3. to light outdoor fires
4. to damage camping green and equipment
5. to pour or spread oils, fuels and hot, salty or waste liquids.
6. to wash cars or other vehicles, canvases, and any kind of objects requiring the use of chemical or specific products, outside of the dedicated area located by the camp site entrance.
7. to wash dishes and laundry outside of the dedicated sinks
8. to wash and rinse off at the fountains
9. to waste water or use it improperly
10. to use more electricity than the allowed quantity (4 amp) and connect to more than one plug per pitch
11. to fence in, fasten anything to the trees, pull ropes and set anything that can be dangerous or hold up the transit. Should guest need a small sized fence for specific use (children) they can ask the management authorization (which can be released only in writing).

13. to install hard material kitchenettes
14. to floor the pitch (except for mats and small size, easily removable wooden bases, which must not exceed anyway the area covered by canvas cloths or other protective equipment)
15. to empty w.c. containing formaldehyde inside the Camping containing

ART. 13 - Protective canvases cloths, gazebos, small tents

1. It is allowed to install protective canvases and gazebos with no additional fees if authorized by the management. In any case they must be self-estinguishable or preferably fire-resistant. In any case: and moreover:
   • they cannot be fastened to the trees
   • they cannot exceed the caravan or veranda’s size and a higher inclination than 10% (maximum sizes:
     200 cm on the front; 20 cm on the sides; 40 cm on the top; the covered area must be less than 2/3 of the total area)
   • heavy supporting frameworks are not allowed;
   • colour should match the surrounding environment (green) and be aesthetically acceptable

ART. 15 - Lost and Found

1. Ant object found inside the camp site must be handed over to the Management in compliance with the law

ART. 16 - Beach service and swimming pools

1. Guests are allowed to choose the beach umbrella on the private beach, with the exception of the area reserved for the beach chairs. When requested, guests must show the ‘pass’ to the beach staff.
2. Guests can enter the swimming pool only if wearing just rubber slippers and bathing suit. A pass is required to enter the swimming pool area.
   • Maximum capacity of the pool is 200 people.
   • Guests are allowed to bring in a towel, a beach coat, a small bag.
   • Bikes, prams, pushchairs, balls and other games, animals are not allowed inside the swimming pool area.
   • Diving, running along the pool edge, playing with balls, eating, free diving are not allowed.
   • Precious and bulky objects must be left in the special lockers
   • Whirlpool can be used just for one cycle, thus permitting the use to all guests.

ART. 17 - Responsibility and insurances

1. The use of sports and leisure equipment is at guests’ own risk.
2. It’s recommended to take care of personal objects, money and valuables, which should not be left inside caravans, tents, bungalows and mobile homes
3. Moreover please note that the Camping Management is not responsible for the following:
   • theft of valuables and precious objects which have not been deposited in the camping safe
   • theft of personal objects left unguarded
   • any damages caused by other guests, circumstances beyond control, natural calamities, insects, diseases and epidemics (including plants), and other causes which do not directly depend on the Camping staff negligence

ART. 18 – Expulsion

1. The Camping Management reserves the right to force out those guests who, one way or another, infringe the camp site ’s regulations or disturb the quiet and harmony of the Camping community.
2. The forced out persons will not be able to enter the camp site again, unless they present former request to the management who will evaluate it and decide.

1. Boligenhederne (bungalow, mobile home, cottages og housing tents) kan reserveres via anført fax eller e-mail i vores kontaktdata, eller direkte på vores hjemmeside via systemet booking online. Reserveringen er personlig og betragtes derfor udelukkende som gyldig for de personer, hvis personlige data er anført i reserveringskontrakten.
2. Ved modtagelsen af reserveringsforespørgslen vil Cesenatico Camping Village sende et kontrakttilbud for opholdet, som indeholder: boligenhedens typologi, ankomst- og afrejsedato, det nøjagtige beløb for opholdet, betalingsmetoder for acontobeløbet (svarende til 30% af totalbeløbet + € 40,00 som reservationsgebyr) samt for saldobeløbet.
3. Indholdet af dette tilbud skal kontrolleres af kunden og accepten skal bekræftes via internet eller fax.
4. En kunde, som ønsker at bestille et ophold, skal indbetale acontobeløbet indenfor 7 dage efter tilbuddets modtagelse, og det totale saldobeløb skal indbetales mindst 15 dage før ankomstdato til Cesenatico Camping Village, i henhold til en af følgende metoder:

                         Årsag: angiv sagsnummer
            -          med kreditkort, med angivelse af sagsnummer, direkte på vores hjemmeside www.cesenaticocampingvillage.com
                       Ved reservation, der foretages mindre end 15 før ankomstdato, skal kunden indbetale    beløbet for hele opholdet i forbindelse med bekræftelsen af reservationen.
Ved bekræftelse af reservationen og med indbetaling af acontobeløb/saldobeløb betragtes reserveringskontrakten som konkluderet og derfor som bindende. Hvis kunden, helt eller delvis, skulle give afkald på opholdet eller skulle ønske at foretage andre ændringer end hvad forudset i punkt 12, skal kompensationen under alle omstændigheder betragtes som værende skyldig.
Eventuelle særtilbud vil være underlagt specifikke kontraktforhold.
Afgifter for opholdet, om forudset, samt eventuelle ekstra, ikke bestilte tjenester, skal betales på stedet.
OBS: manglende overholdelse af de ovenfor anførte indbetalingsfrister udgør en eksplicit ophævelsesklausul, som giver Cesenatico Camping Village ret til at ophæve kontrakten, med forbeholdt rettighed til også at kræve erstatning for andre påførte skader som Cesenatico Camping Village måtte påberåbe sig.

5. Ved ankomst til Cesenatico Camping Village skal kunden henvende sig til receptionen og medbringe sin egen kopi af reservationsbekræftelsen. Den reserverede enhed står til kundens rådighed fra kl. 16.00 på ankomstdatoen og skal stå tom inden kl. 10.00 på afrejsedatoen (bortset fra boligenhedstypen Housing Tent Mare, som står til rådighed fra kl. 12.00 og som skal stå tom inden 12.00).  Ved eventuel forsinket afrejse (efter kl. 10.00) vil Cesenatico Camping Village debitere kunden for enhedens dagstarif, i henhold til den gældende prisliste. Skulle kunden ikke ankomme til Cesenatico Camping Village inden kl. 10.00 på dagen efter den i reservationen aftalte ankomstdato, og hvis kunden ikke giver oplysning herom, forbeholder direktionen sig rettigheden til, at annullere reservationen og stille boligenheden til andres rådighed.
6. Hvad angår afsluttende rengøring er denne obligatorisk og har en pris på € 40,00, der skal betales direkte i receptionen ved ankomst.
7. Forespørgsler om annullering af bekræftede reservationer skal fremsendes skriftligt. Der henvises til forsikringsvilkårene, hvad angår afbestilling på grund af årsager, som er forudset i forsikringspolicen. Ved eventuel afbestilling af årsager, som ikke er forudset i forsikringspolicen, vil kunden modtage et forslag om en alternativ opholdsperiode i løbet af sæson 2013.Skulle kunden ikke være i stand til at acceptere dette tilbagebetales acontobeløbet med bankoverførsel ved sommersæsonens afslutning. Et beløb på €. 80,00 vil blive tilbageholdt.

      Afbestillingsvilkår
      I tilfælde af afbestilling vil det indbetalte beløb blive tilbagebetalt i nedenstående omfang:
-          indtil 30 dage før ankomstdato: ingen sanktion
-          fra 29 til 10 dage før ankomstdato: sanktion på 75%
-          fra 9 til 1 dag før ankomstdato: sanktion på 90%
-          Manglende fremmøde: sanktion på 100%

8. Reservation af pladser til ophold på mindst 7 nætter, med 2 betalende voksne, accepteres (fra d. 10/08/2013 til d. 25/08/2013 kræves et ophold på mindst 14 nætter). Reservationen kan først bekræftes efter modtagelsen af et acontobeløb på 30% af omkostningerne for det totale ophold, som skal indbetales med en af nedenstående metoder:

      Saldobeløbet betales ved ankomst til campingpladsen. I tilfælde af afbud, som skal kommunikeres skriftligt mindst 7 dage inden ankomst, vil kunden modtage et tilbud om et alternativt ophold i løbet af sæson 2013. Skulle kunden ikke være i stand til at acceptere dette vil acontobeløbet blive tilbagebetalt med bankoverførsel efter d. 1. oktober i indeværende år. Et beløb på €. 40,00 tilbageholdes fra acontobeløbet som omkostninger for sagsbehandling. Tilbagebetaling af indbetalte beløb er ikke forudset ved afbud udenfor ovennævnte frister. Ved ankomst til Cesenatico Camping Village skal kunden henvende sig til receptionen og medbringe sin egen kopi af reservationsbekræftelsen. Den reserverede enhed står til kundens rådighed fra kl. 12.00 på ankomstdatoen og skal stå tom inden kl. 12.00 på afrejsedatoen.  Ved eventuel forsinket afrejse (efter kl. 12.00) vil Cesenatico Camping Village debitere kunden for pladsens dagstarif, i henhold til den gældende prisliste. Skulle kunden ikke ankomme til Cesenatico Camping Village inden kl. 10.00 på dagen efter den i reservationen aftalte ankomstdato, og hvis kunden ikke giver oplysning herom, forbeholder direktionen sig rettigheden til, at annullere reservationen og stille boligenheden til andres rådighed.

9. Ved bekræftelse af tilbuddet accepterer kunden reserveringsvilkårene, den gældende prisliste og forpligter sig til at overholde alle forskrifterne i reglementet på Cesenatico Camping Village. Direktionen har fakultet til at ophæve reserveringskontrakten, hvis den underskrivende part, dennes familiemedlemmer og/eller dennes gæster ikke overholder de gældende forskrifter.
10. Hvad angår husdyr kan små og mellemstore hunde (max 30 kg) medtages med påbud om at oplyse herom i forbindelse med reservationen. Hunde skal altid holdes i snor (og det anbefales også at medtage en mundkurv). Hunderacer, der betragtes som farlige, må kun medtages efter udtrykkelig tilladelse fra Direktionens side.
11. Eventuelle reklamefremstød (særtilbud, last minute osv…), der måtte forekomme i løbet af året, kan aldrig have tilbagevirkende kraft.
12. Variationer vedrørende personlige data, antal deltagere eller ekstratjenester, udover hvad anført i kontrakten på reservationens bekræftelsestidspunktet accepteres ikke, med mindre der gives oplysning herom mindst 10 dage før ankomstdato. Alle faciliteterne i boligområderne og på campingpladsen må derfor kun benyttes af de personer, som står i dataskemaet, der er blevet indsendt sammen med indbetalingen af acontobeløbet/saldobeløbet.
13. Kundens signaleringer om præferencer for placering i boligområderne eller på campingpladsen vil blive behandlet som samme, og har ikke kontraktmæssig eller absolut garantimæssig værdi, da endelig tildelingen sker på stedet og udelukkende efter diskretion af Cesenatico Camping Village.
