Camp Site Regulations

ART. 1 - Camping entrance

  1. Only people authorized by the management are admitted inside the camping area.
  2. The authorisation is provided upon presentation of a valid ID, and, when requested, a Public Security form must be subscribed. Guests will receive a “pass” and a magnetic key for vehicles access ( to be returned before departure ) .
  3. People under 18 are not allowed to enter alone the camp site. An adult must be with them and will be legally responsible for them.

ART. 2 - Minimum stay

  1. Minimum stay : 1 night

ART. 3 – Registration

  1. Guests are requested to check the accuracy of the registration, inform the management in case of discordance and notify variations such as pitch changing, incoming and outgoing guests or visitors.

ART. 4 - Maximum places per pitch, inclusive services, additional small tents

  1. It is forbidden to exceed the number of persons per Pitch.

ART. 5 - Pitches , bungalows and mobile homes

  1. Guest can choose among the pitches indicated by the staff. Bungalows and mobile homes will be assigned according to availability.
  2. The Management reserves the right to change the pitch, bungalow and mobile home number, after the deposit of down payment and before arrival.
  3. Reservation cannot be transferred to other people unless authorized by the Management.
  4. Free pitches can be taken only if authorized by the Management and after the down payment deposit which is established by the Management.
  5. All equipment, vehicles included, must be placed and kept in good order within the pitch’s borders.

ART. 6 - Arrival/departure time

  1. Pitches can be occupied at 12.00 a.m. , bungalows and mobile homes at4.00 p.m.
  2. Customers must leave bungalows and mobil homes at 10.00 a.m. and pitches at noon. For later departures the payment of one additional day will be required.

ART. 7 - Visitors and daily guests

  1. Management reserves the right to allow the entrance of visitors and daily guests (with no dogs). Visitors will be allowed for free for a short period of time, depending on camp site organization.
  2. Any extended visit must be authorized by the Management and foresees a fee according to the official price list.
  3. Visitors and daily guests can enter the camp site only during day time and with no dogs.
  4. Camping guests must make sure that the entrance of their guests has been authorized by the Management. and will be considered responsible for their guests’ behaviour inside the camp site.

ART. 8 – Pets

  1. Pets and small sized dogs are admitted in a specific area of the camp site (no bungalows).
  2. Dogs must be kept muzzled, on a leach ( maximum length 1,5 m ). The dogs’ owners must take them to the indicated toilet or outside the camp site for their physiological needs.
  3. Dogs are not allowed to the beach area as established by the Harbour-master’s office.

ART. 9 - Quiet and silence

  1. Guests must avoid noisy activities, games and the use of electronic devices that may disturb the camping guests at any time of the day.
  2. During the ‘silence hours’ (indicated on the board at the main entrance) the following activities are strictly forbidden: arrivals and departures; to enter or exit the camp site using motorized vehicles and their use inside the camp site; the use of noisy electronic devices ; the use of sports and leisure equipment; to set up and strike tents.

ART. 10 - Vehicles transit and parking - caravan entrance

  1. Only registered cars and motorbikes (identified by plate number) can enter the camp site (pitches and parking places) using the electronic key. One vehicle at a time will be allowed on each pitch; a card reporting the pitch number must be displayed on the vehicle.
  2. The use of each vehicle is allowed only to enter or exit the camp site during the specific hours. All vehicles must respect the internal signals and must proceed at a very slow speed. It is forbidden to use motor vehicles during “silence hours”. For no reason motor vehicles can be operated in the “game park area”.
  3. Any car or and motorcycle parked outside the pitch or without the pitch number card clearly visible will be towed away and all fees will be charged to the owner.
  4. In case of lack of respect of the mentioned regulation, the management reserve the right to disable the electronic key.

ART. 11 – Children

  1. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children! Their energy and , whose dynamism cannot disturb the quiet and security of the other guests of the camp site.

ART. 12 – Rules

It is strictly forbidden to:
  1. to throw garbage outside of the apposite containers
  2. to dig holes or small canals in the ground and change the pitch’s borders
  3. to light outdoor fires
  4. to damage camping green and equipment
  5. to pour or spread oils, fuels and hot, salty or waste liquids.
  6. to wash cars or other vehicles, canvases, and any kind of objects requiring the use of chemical or specific products, outside of the dedicated area located by the camp site entrance.
  7. to wash dishes and laundry outside of the dedicated sinks
  8. to wash and rinse off at the fountains
  9. to waste water or use it improperly
  10. to use more electricity than the allowed quantity (4 amp) and connect to more than one plug per pitch
  11. to fence in, fasten anything to the trees, pull ropes and set anything that can be dangerous or hold up the transit. Should guest need a small sized fence for specific use (children) they can ask the management authorization (which can be released only in writing).

  14. to floor the pitch (except for mats and small size, easily removable wooden bases, which must not exceed anyway the area covered by canvas cloths or other protective equipment)
  15. to empty w.c. containing formaldehyde inside the Camping containing

ART. 13 - Protective canvases cloths, gazebos, small tents

  1. It is allowed to install protective canvases and gazebos with no additional fees if authorized by the management. In any case they must be self-estinguishable or preferably fire-resistant. In any case: and moreover:
    • they cannot be fastened to the trees
    • they cannot exceed the caravan or veranda’s size and a higher inclination than 10% (maximum sizes:
      200 cm on the front; 20 cm on the sides; 40 cm on the top; the covered area must be less than 2/3 of the total area)
    • heavy supporting frameworks are not allowed;
    • colour should match the surrounding environment (green) and be aesthetically acceptable

ART. 15 - Lost and Found

  1. Ant object found inside the camp site must be handed over to the Management in compliance with the law

ART. 16 - Beach service and swimming pools

  1. Guests are allowed to choose the beach umbrella on the private beach, with the exception of the area reserved for the beach chairs. When requested, guests must show the ‘pass’ to the beach staff.
  2. Guests can enter the swimming pool only if wearing just rubber slippers and bathing suit. A pass is required to enter the swimming pool area.
    • Maximum capacity of the pool is 200 people.
    • Guests are allowed to bring in a towel, a beach coat, a small bag.
    • Bikes, prams, pushchairs, balls and other games, animals are not allowed inside the swimming pool area.
    • Diving, running along the pool edge, playing with balls, eating, free diving are not allowed.
    • Precious and bulky objects must be left in the special lockers
    • Whirlpool can be used just for one cycle, thus permitting the use to all guests.

ART. 17 - Responsibility and insurances

  1. The use of sports and leisure equipment is at guests’ own risk.
  2. It’s recommended to take care of personal objects, money and valuables, which should not be left inside caravans, tents, bungalows and mobile homes
  3. Moreover please note that the Camping Management is not responsible for the following:
    • theft of valuables and precious objects which have not been deposited in the camping safe
    • theft of personal objects left unguarded
    • any damages caused by other guests, circumstances beyond control, natural calamities, insects, diseases and epidemics (including plants), and other causes which do not directly depend on the Camping staff negligence

ART. 18 – Expulsion

  1. The Camping Management reserves the right to force out those guests who, one way or another, infringe the camp site ’s regulations or disturb the quiet and harmony of the Camping community.
  2. The forced out persons will not be able to enter the camp site again, unless they present former request to the management who will evaluate it and decide.

Booking terms and conditions


  1. Booking of the accommodation units (bungalows, mobile homes, cottages and housing tents) can be made and finalized via fax or email at our contact numbers and addresses, or directly on our website, using the online booking system. Bookings are nominative and as such, are valid only for the people whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
  2. Upon receipt of the booking request, Cesenatico Camping Village will send guests a holiday estimate that will indicate: the type of accommodation facility, the arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the holiday, the payment methods for the booking deposit (amounting to 30% of the total cost + € 40.00 as a fixed booking fee) and the balance.
  3. The content of the estimate should be checked carefully by guests and confirmed for acceptance either via Internet or fax.
  4. Guests who wish to make the booking should arrange payment of the deposit, within 7 days of receipt of the estimate and pay the total balance no later than 15 days prior to arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, using one of the following methods:

    For bookings made during the 15 days prior to arrival date, guests should pay the entire holiday amount at the same time as confirming the booking.
    Following booking confirmation and the payment of a deposit/balance the booking contract will be deemed completed and as such, will be binding. Should guests forfeit their holiday, either in total or in part, or desire to make any modifications other than as provided for in point 12, the remuneration is in any case considered due.
    Any special promotional offers will be subject to specific contractual terms and conditions.
    Tourism tax, if applicable, and any extra services not booked should be paid for in loco.
    CAUTION: failure to comply with the payment terms and conditions mentioned above constitutes an express cancellation clause that determines legal termination of the contract by Cesenatico Camping Village, save the right to compensation for any further damage sustained by Cesenatico Camping Village.
  6. Upon arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village guests should go to reception with their booking confirmation. The accommodation facility booked will be available for guests from 4.00 pm on arrival day and should be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day (with the exception of “Housing Tent Mare” units that will be available from midday and should be vacated by midday). For any late departures (after 10.00 am), Cesenatico Camping Village will charge guests the daily rate for the facility occupied, in compliance with the price list applicable to the public. Should guests not arrive at Cesenatico Camping Village by 10.00 am on the day following the arrival date indicated in the booking without communicating this delay, Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the facility available to third parties.
  7. With regard to final cleaning, this is compulsory and costs € 40.00, to be paid directly at reception on arrival.
  8. Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must obligatorily be made in writing. For cancellations due to causes provided for in the insurance policy, reference should be made to the insurance terms and conditions. For any cancellations due to causes not provided for in the insurance policy, the guest will be offered an alternative holiday during the 2013 season. If guests should be unable to take the holiday, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the summer season. € 80.00 of the amount paid will be withheld.  
     
    Cancellation policy
          In the event of booking cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
    -          up to 30 days before arrival date: no penalty
    -          from 29 to 10 days before arrival date: 75% penalty
    -          from 9 to 1 days before arrival date: 90% penalty
    -          No show: 100% penalty
  9. We accept bookings for pitches for minimum stays of 7 nights with 2 paying adults (from 10/08/2013 to 25/08/2013 minimum stay of 14 nights). Bookings shall only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the holiday, made using one of the following methods:

    The balance should be paid on arrival at the campsite. In the event of cancellation, which should be made in writing 7 days prior to arrival date, the guest will be offered an alternative holiday during the 2013 season. If guests are unable to take the holiday, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after 1 October of the current year. € 40.00 of the deposit will be withheld to cover administrative costs. No refund is provided for cancellations after the above mentioned deadline. On arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village guests should go to reception with their booking confirmation. The facility booked will be available for guests from midday on arrival date and should be vacated by midday on departure date. For any delayed departures (after midday), Cesenatico Camping Village will charge guests the daily rate for the pitch occupied, in compliance with the price list to the public. Should guests not arrive at Cesenatico Camping Village by 10.00 am of the day following the date indicated in the booking without communicating this delay, the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and make it available to third parties.
  10. By confirming the estimate, guests accept the booking terms and conditions and the applicable price list and undertake to scrupulously comply with the regulations that apply at Cesenatico Camping Village. The Management has the right to terminate the booking contract should the signer, members of his or her family and/or his or her guests not comply with applicable regulations.
  11. With regard to pets, small and medium-sized dogs (max. 30kg) are welcome, with the obligation to indicate this at the time of booking. It is compulsory to keep dogs on a lead (we also recommend bringing a muzzle). For breeds of dog considered dangerous, access is permitted only subject to authorization by the Management.
  12. Any promotional initiatives (special offers, last-minute offers, etc.) that are made during the year cannot be backdated.
  13. We do not accept variations in terms of personal details, number of guests or additional services compared to those indicated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation, unless communicated at least 10 days prior to arrival date. All village and campsite facilities will therefore, be available only to the people indicated in the guest detail form sent with the deposit/balance payment.
  14. Any indications received from guests in terms of preferences regarding the location of the village or campsite facility will be treated as such and do not have any contractual value, nor can they be guaranteed as allocation will take place in loco, at the sole discretion of Cesenatico Camping Village.
