ART. 1 – Campsite access
  • Anyone who wishes to have access to the campsite, for whatever reason, must obtain the correct permissions from the management.
  • For this purpose, a valid form of identification must be given to the management for registrations required by law and where necessary, the public security notification card should be signed; the management will give guests the "Passes" and the magnetic keys for access to vehicles; the "Passes" and the keys must be returned upon departure.
  • Minors will not be admitted without being accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them.
ART. 2 – Minimum stay
  • The minimum stay at the campground is: 1 day for pitches, 3 days for rented units.
ART. 3 – Registration
  • The Client must check the accuracy of their registration, report any discrepancies to the management and notify the management in advance about any changes, such as changing of pitches, or the arrival or departure of guests.
ART. 4 – Group/crew limit per pitch – Facilities included in the price – Additional Igloo tents
  • No more than one group/crew is allowed to set up camp on each pitch.
ART. 5 - Choice of and use of pitches and rented units
  • The pitch can be chosen by the client from those indicated by the staff. Rented units ( bungalows, cottages or mobile homes ) will be assigned by the staff according to availability.
  • Campground management reserves the right, before the client has entered the campsite for their reserved period of time, to change the assigned pitch number or the rental unit at any time, including after the deposit has been sent.
  • It is not possible to transfer reservations to third parties without the authorization of the Campground management.
  • Reserved pitches can be occupied only after authorization from the management and payment of a deposit confirmation determined every year by the management.
  • All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly arranged within the confines of the pitch.
  • The client is required to personally tend to the pitch (cleaning, leaf collection, grass cutting, etc.). The client hosted in the rental unit must leave a security deposit upon arrival for a total of 150.00 Euro, which will be refunded upon the return of the rental unit keys, provided that everything is in order. The cautionary check of the accommodation unit will take place on the day of departure. The client must treat the structure, equipment and furnishings with respect and keep them clean. Any broken items or deficiencies must be reported to the Management within 24 hours of arrival; in any cases otherwise, the client will be personally liable. The Management is authorized to check the accommodation at any time.
ART. 6 – Arrival and departure times
  • Reserved pitches may be occupied starting from 12:00 noon, rental units starting from 4:00pm.
  • In the case that departure does not occur before the predetermined daily time limit ( before 12:00 noon for pitches and before 10:00am for rental units ), the Client will be required to pay for the accommodation also on the day of departure.
ART. 7 – Daily guests – Visitors
  • The Management reserves the right to consent to the entry of visitors and daily guests, always without dogs, with free access for short periods of time, compatible with the organizational needs of the accommodation complex.
  • Any successive extention of stay must be authorized by the management and requires payment according to the price list.
  • Visitors and guests can enter the campsite only by foot (and without dogs), and only during the pre-established daytime hours.
  • The Campground client is required to ensure that their guests are in possession of authorization from the management and is responsible for their behaviour within the Campground.
ART. 8 - Animals
  • Small or medium sized dogs in limited numbers as well as other pets are allowed on the campsite.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash (maximum length of 1.5 m) and with a muzzle and they must always be brought to their dedicated toilet area or outside the campsite for their physical needs. Cats and other pets cannot be left free to roam outside of the pitch or rental unit.
  • Dogs are prohibited from accessing the beach, as set forth in the Ordinanza della Capitaneria di Porto (Harbour office ordinance).
ART. 9 – Quiet and silence
  • Behaviour, activities, games and the use of equipment that could disturb guests of the complex should be avoided at all times.
  • In particular, during the quiet hours (found on the notice board at the Campground's main entrance) the following is now allowed: - arrivals and departures; - the entrance, exit or movement of motorized vehicles; - the use of sound equipment; - the use of sports and leisure facilities and equipment; - the assembly and dismantling of tents.
ART. 10 – Vehicle traffic and parking – Caravan entrance
  • Only cars and motorcycles indicated by the client and identified by a license place number will be granted access to the Campgrounds (pitches and parking lots), using the electronic key. Only one vehicle at a time may be present on the Campgrounds for each pitch; the tag indicating your pitch number must be displayed on the dashboard.
  • All vehicles may be used only to enter and exit the Campground, during the allowed hours, at a walking pace and according to the posted traffic signs. During quiet hours, movement within the Campground in cars and motorcycles is prohibited; car and motorcycle traffic is always prohibited within the playground areas.
  • Automobiles and motorcycles parked outside of the pitch, or without a tag displayed on the dashboard, will be removed with costs and responsibilities borne by the owner.
  • The entry keys will be deactivated in cases of infringement on these regulations detected by the management.
  • Motor homes, caravans and trucks used by clients for their stay at the Campgrounds must be in compliance with the regulations in force.
ART. 11 – Children
  • Adults are responsible for their children's behaviour, the liveliness of which cannot be detrimental to the peace and security of other guests.
ART. 12 – Various rules
It is forbidden to:
  • Throw waste outside of the appropriate bins;
  • Dig holes or canals in the ground or change the pitch's borders (marked by holes);
  • Light outdoor fires;
  • Damage Campground vegetation and equipment;
  • Pour or disperse oil, fuel, boiling or salty liquids or trash;
  • Wash your car or other vehicles or tarps and objects of any type that require the use of chemicals or specific products, outside of the predisposed area at the campground entrance;
  • Wash dishes and clothes outside of the appropriate sinks;
  • Wash or rinse off in the drinking fountains in the field;
  • Waste or use water inappropriately;
  • Use electricity beyond the established amount (4 Amps) and connect to more than one outlet per pitch;
  • Run fences; attach or anchor anything to the plants, hang ropes at eye level or install anything else that could constitute a potential risk or be a hazard to free passage. Small fences for specific uses (children, etc.) may be authorized by the Management, their authorization may only be granted in writing. Driving automobiles at a speed greater than a walking pace;
  • Installing kitchenettes of rigid materials;
  • Installing flooring on the pitch (with the exception of the use of small sized wood mats and bases, which are easily removed and must remain within the area covered by the tarp and other protective equipment);
  • Dump WC contents with formaldehyde within the campgrounds.
ART. 13 – Protective tarps, gazebos, canopies.
The installation, with authorization and without charge, of gazebos and protective tarps is allowed; protective tarps made of self-extinguishing materials, or preferably, flame retardant materials, must:
  • Not be attached to the plants;
  • Not have dimensions larger than that of the caravan or veranda or an inclination of more than 10% (the following are tolerated: up to 200cm on the front, up to 20cm on the sides, up to 40cm on the back; total covered area must be less than 2/3 of the total area);
  • You may not use load bearing frames of excessive impact;
  • Be of a color in harmony with the surroundings (green), and aesthetically agreeable.
ART. 14 – Lost property
  • Objects found in the Campground area must be given to the management in compliance with the law.
ART. 15 – Beach and pool facilities
  • The Management leaves the choice of a shaded area to the guest on the private beach, with the sole exclusion of already occupied spaces or spaces indicated for beach chairs. The client is required to show, upon request, their "PASS" to the staff, which allows the use of spaces on the private beach.
  • Clients that wish to access the pool must be carrying their personal "PASS." They must be wearing rubber slippers and a swimsuit.
    • Entry to the pool is limited to 200 people at the same time;
    • Guests may bring a towel, bathrobe and a small bag to the pool;
    • Bicycles, prams or push chairs, balls and other toys, and animals are prohibited;
    • Diving, running along the edges of the pool, playing with balls or other games, eating and free diving are not allowed in the pool;
    • Large or valuable objects must be left within the designated lockers;
    • Use of the hydromassage tubs is allowed for only one cycle, at the end of which guests must leave the area to the next Client.
ART. 16 – Liability and insurance
  • The use of sports and leisure equipment is at the guests' own risk;
  • It is recommended that you pay attention to personal items and to use the appropriate precautions; money and valuables should not be left unattended in caravans, tents, bungalows and mobile homes.
  • In addition, the Management is not responsible for:
    • Theft of valuable items that are not left in custody;
    • Theft of objects that results from the lack of appropriate safeguards by the client;
    • Damages caused by other guests, circumstances beyond our control, natural disasters, insects, illnesses and epidemics (including plants) or by other causes that are not due to the negligence of the Campsite personnel.
ART. 17 – Expulsion
  • The management reserves the right to expel anyone who, in its judgement, has violated the regulations or has otherwise disturbed the harmony and spirit of the premises, damaging the smooth running of community life and the interests of the establishment.
  • Clients who have already been expelled or reprimanded may not re-enter the Campsite without new, specified authorization from the management.

  • The management reserves the right to expel anyone who, in its judgement, has violated the regulations or has otherwise disturbed the harmony and spirit of the premises, damaging the smooth running of community life and the interests of the establishment.

  • The reservation of housing units (bungalow, mobile houses, cottages and housing tents) can only be processed and completed by fax or e-mail to our address, or directly on our website, through the on line booking system. The reservation is personal and therefore is only valid for the individuals whose personal data are indicated in the booking contract.
  • On receiving the booking request, Cesenatico Camping Village will send to the customer the estimated cost of the stay in which will be indicated: the type of structure, the dates of arrival and departure, the exact cost of the stay, the modalities of payments, of the advance payment (equal to the 30% of the total cost + €. 45,00 as fixed booking fee) and of the balance.
  • The quote must be verified in the content by the customer and confirmed for acceptance by e-mail or fax.
  • The customer who wants to make the reservation of the stay must proceed to the payment of the deposit within 3 days from the receipt of the quote and pay the balance not later than 15 days before the date of arrival at the Cesenatico Camping Village , with the following modes:

    For bookings made within 15 days before the date of arrival, the customer will have to pay the complete amount of the stay at the time of the confirmation of the reservation.
    With the booking confirmation and the payment of the advance and balance the contract of reservation will be deemed to have been settled and as such will be binding. If the customer wish to review, adjust or cancel the reservation, except as provided for in section 12, the fee will be charged in any case.
    Any special promotions will be subject to specific terms and conditions.
    The tourist tax, if any, and any extra services not previously booked, will be paid on site.
    WARNING: failure to observe the terms of payment referred above, constitutes termination clause sufficient to determine the legal termination of the contract, by Cesenatico Camping Village without prejudice to the compensation for further damages suffered by Cesenatico Camping Village.
  • Upon arrival at the Cesenatico Camping Village, the customer must contact the reception with the confirmation voucher. The structure booked will be available to customers from 16.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. For any late checkout (after 10.00 a.m.) the Cesenatico Camping Village will charge to the customer the daily rate of the structure occupied, in accordance with the general price list. Should the customer not arrive at the Cesenatico Camping Village within 10.00 a.m. of the day following the expected arrival date, without giving any notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the vacant accommodation to others.
  • With regard to the final cleaning, these are compulsory and amount to € 45,00, to be paid directly at the reception upon arrival.
  • The requests for cancellation of confirmed reservations must be submitted only in writing. For cancellations due to causes mentioned by the insurance policy, please refer to the conditions of insurance. For any cancellations due to causes not covered by the insurance, it will be proposed to the customer an alternative stay, always within the season 2017. In case the customer is not able to make use of the holiday, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the summer season. The amount of € 80,00 on the deposit paid will be withhold.
    Cancellation policy
    In case of cancellation of the reservation the amount paid will be returned as follow:

    • from 29 to 10 days from the date of arrival: penalty 75%
    • from 9 to 1 day from the date of arrival: penalty 90%
    • No show: penalty 100%
  • We accept reservations of pitches for stays of minimum 7 nights with 2 paying adults. (from 05/08/2017 to 20/08/2017 minimum stay 14 nights). The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay with the following modes:

    The balance will be paid on arrival at the camp-site. In case of cancellation, to be communicated in writing within 7 days from the date of arrival, will be proposed to the customer an alternative stay, always within the season 2017. In case the customer is not able to make use of the holiday, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer not before the 1st October of the current year. The amount of € 40,00 on the deposit will be withhold as administration fees. No refund for cancellations beyond the deadline indicated above. Upon arrival at the Cesenatico Camping Village, the customer must contact the reception with the confirmation voucher. The structure booked will be available to customers from 12.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure. For any late checkout (after 12.00 p.m.) the Cesenatico Camping Village will charge to the customer the daily rate of the pitch occupied, in accordance with the general price list. Should the customer not arrive at the Cesenatico Camping Village within 10.00 a.m. of the day following the expected arrival date, without giving any notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the vacant accommodation to others.

    • By confirming the quote, the customer will accept the booking conditions, the price list in force and undertakes to strictly comply with the regulation of Cesenatico Camping Village. Should the subscriber, his relatives and/or its guests not comply with the current regulations, the direction of the Camping Village will be entitled to terminate the contract of reservation.
    • With regard to animals, small and medium size dogs (max 30 kg) are accepted only if their presence is communicated at the time of booking. It is compulsory to keep dogs on leash (it is advisable to bring also the muzzle). For the dog breeds deemed dangerous, access is allowed only upon Management authorisation.
    • Any promotional initiatives (special offers, last minute etc.) that will be carried out during the year will not have retroactive effect.
    • We do not accept variations in terms of personal data, number of participants or ancillary services with respect to what is indicated in the contract at the time of confirmation of the booking, unless they are communicated within 10 days prior to arrival. All the village and camping structures will therefore be available exclusively to the persons indicated on the data sheet, sent jointly with the advance/balance.
    • The requests received from customers regarding preferences of location within the village or the camping, will be treated as such and will have no contractual nature or be an absolute guarantee, as the allocation will take place on site at the sole discretion of the Camping Village.
