ART. 1 – Access to the campsite
a) Anyone who intends to enter the campsite for any reason must be authorized by the Management.

b) To this end, a valid identity document must be handed over to the Management for legal registration; the Management shall give guests passes for pedestrian access and shall register number plates to authorize access by vehicles.

c) Minors are only allowed to enter the campsite if accompanied by adults who are legally responsible for them.

d) Access to and presence of unauthorized people in the campsite, and/or the introduction of unauthorized means and animals, imply the following as appropriate:
• Violation of the Public Safety Regulation;
• Violation of Criminal Code provisions for burglary, invasion of land and buildings, theft of services;
• Contract fraud crime.
ART. 2 – Minimum stay
a) The minimum length of stay in the campsite is 1 day for pitches and 2 days for housing units.
ART. 3 – Registration
a) Customers are required to check the accuracy of registrations, to report any discrepancy to the Management and to inform it in advance of any changes, such as the change of the pitch, the arrival and the departure of people.
ART. 4 – Limits on guest groups per pitch – Services included in the price – Additional igloos
a) No more than one guest group is allowed to occupy a pitch.

b) The price (annual, seasonal, monthly lump sums and promotional offers) includes up to four people, not replaceable.

c) Electricity consumption will be charged for the annual contracts requesting it, with the potential of 2 or 3 Kw per pitch, at the prices indicated on the price list.
ART. 5 – Choice and use of pitches and housing units
a) The pitch can be chosen by the Customer from among those indicated by the staff.

The housing unit (bungalow, cottage, housing tent suite or mobile home) will be assigned by the staff depending on availability.

b) Before the customer’s entry into the campsite for the selected period, the Management of the campsite reserves the right to change the pitch or housing unit number assigned at any time, even after the customer has sent the deposit. In addition, after the installation or renewal of the contract, the Management reserves the right to move the customer from a pitch or housing unit that is necessary for the activity or for work in the campsite.

c) Bookings cannot be transferred to third parties without the authorization from the Campsite Management.

d) Booked pitches can only be occupied with the prior authorization from the Management and subject to consideration of a confirmation deposit fixed every year by the Management.

e) All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly stowed within the boundaries of the pitch.

f) The customer is required to personally care for the pitch (cleaning, removing leaves, cutting grass, etc.). Upon arrival, the guests of the housing units shall pay a deposit of € 150.00, which will be returned to them when they hand back the keys of their housing unit, provided everything is in order. The housing check will take place on the day of departure. The customer undertakes to take care of and keep the facility, its equipment and furniture clean. Any breaks or shortcomings must be reported to the Management within 24 hours of arrival; otherwise, the customer shall be personally accountable therefor. The Management is authorized to check the lodging at any time.

g) At the end of the stay, guests can make reservations for monthly lump sum periods for the following season.

h) Each year, seasonal and annual customers may ask the management to reconfirm the pitches, occupied with seasonal or annual lump sum agreements in the current season, by 30/11.
ART. 6 – Arrival and departure times
a) Booked pitches can be occupied starting from 12.00 noon and housing units from 4.00 p.m.

b) If departure does not take place within the prescribed daily time, by 12.00 noon for pitches and by 10.00 a.m. for units, the customer will be required to pay for the stay on the day of departure as well.
ART. 7 – Daily guests – Visitors
a) The Management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and daily guests without dogs, with a free short-term permit, according to the organizational needs of the tourist complex.

b) The Management may authorize extensions of the stay, requesting payment thereof according to the price list.

c) Visitors and guests can only enter the campsite on foot and during the scheduled time of day.

d) Campsite customers are required to make sure that their guests are in possession of the authorization from the Management and shall be responsible for their behavior inside the campsite.
ART. 8 - Animals
a) Entry of animals is allowed at the Management’s discretion. Small and medium sized animals and other pets are allowed into the campsite, with a maximum of 2 animals each facility. Animals must be accompanied by vaccination documents and a copy of their health certificate. Their presence must be reported at the time of booking. Large sized dogs weighing more than 30 kg are not allowed.

b) Dogs must be kept on the leash (maximum length 1.5 m) and muzzle and always be taken to the appropriate spaces or outside the campsite for their physiological needs. Animal owners are required to pick up their animals’ physiological needs and make sure that they do not disturb the other guests of the campsite. Cats and other pets cannot be left free outside pitches or housing units. It is forbidden to take animals to the swimming pool, the supermarket and the play area. Animals cannot be left alone inside the facilities.

c) Animal owners are responsible for any damage caused to third parties or the facilities of the campsite.

d) As required by the ordinance of the harbor master’s office, dogs are not allowed to access the beach, except for dedicated areas.
ART. 9 – Quiet and silence
a) At any time, behaviors, activities, games and the use of equipment that disturb the guests of the complex must be avoided.

b) Particularly during the hours of silence, from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. and from 12.00 midnight to 7.00 a.m., guests are not allowed to use sound equipment, sports and leisure facilities and equipment, load and unload baggage, erect and dismantle tents or structures. Entry, exit and circulation of motor vehicles are prohibited from 12.00 midnight to 7.00 a.m., from April 1 to September 30.
ART. 10 – Vehicle circulation and parking – Entry of caravans
a) Access to the campsite is only permitted to cars and motorbikes reported by the customer and identified by a number plate. For each pitch there can be only one vehicle at a time in the campsite.

b) All vehicles may only be used to enter and leave the campsite, during the permitted hours, at a walking pace and in accordance with the signage provided. From April 1 to September 30, from 12.00 midnight to 7.00 a.m., it is prohibited to use cars and motorbikes inside the campsite; it is always prohibited to use cars and motorbikes inside the play area.

c) Cars and motorbikes parked outside the pitch shall be forced away, and the owner shall bear the relevant costs.

d) Access by car through number plate reading in case of violation of this regulation as found by the Management will be deactivated.

e) Motor homes, caravans and carriages used by customers for their stay at the campsite must be type-tested and in any case in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to road traffic.
ART. 11 – Children
a) Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children, so as not to prejudice other guests’ peace and safety.
ART. 12 – Various prohibitions
It is prohibited to:

a) Litter out of the special containers and leave special or hazardous waste in the camping area;

b) Dig holes or trenches in the ground and modify the pitch ditches;

c) Light fires;

d) Damage vegetation and equipment of the campsite;

e) Pour or disperse oils, fuel, hot liquids, salty or waste liquids on the ground. It is also forbidden to discharge liquids or solids or unused varnishes, solvents, etc. into manholes or other drains;

f) Wash cars and other vehicles, tarps and objects of any kind that require the use of chemical or specific products outside the appropriate space at the entrance of the campsite;

g) Wash dishes and linens outside the appropriate sinks;

h) Wash objects or have a wash on field fountains;

i) Waste or use water improperly;

l) Use electrical power beyond the set amount (4 Amp) and connect to more than one socket per pitch;

m) Lay fences, tie and anchor anything to plants, set up human height ropes and install anything that may endanger or hinder free circulation. Small fences may be authorized in writing by the Management, for particular reasons such as small children or dogs. Unauthorized works will be removed by the campsite staff;

n) Drive cars faster than walking pace;

o) Install rigid kitchenettes;

p) Lay flooring on the pitch (except for mats and small wooden bases, easy to remove and in any case within the area covered with tarps and other protection equipment); unauthorized flooring shall be removed by the campsite staff;

q) Unload water closets containing formaldehyde inside the campsite.

r) Stick up commercial notices in the pitch. These notices may be stuck up in the appropriate notice board in the reception office.

s) Create accumulation of water by using external containers in addition to those provided with accommodation facilities (caravans or campervans), especially of a size not suitable for normal use. Also regarding water stored in the containers of accommodation facilities, it is advisable to observe the rules for preserving food and drinks, and empty containers in case they are not used for a few days.

t) Install chimneys and barbecues at a distance of less than 1 meter from any other object or equipment in the pitch.

u) Pass on other guests’ pitches to reach the bathrooms or other areas of the campsite.
ART. 13 – Protection tarps, gazebos, awnings.
a) The installation of gazebos and protection tarps is permitted, subject to authorization and free of charge; self-extinguishing or preferably fire-retardant protection tarps shall in any case:
• not be hooked to plants;
• not have a size larger than that of the caravan and the veranda, and not be tilted for over 10% (tolerances: up to 200 cm on the front; up to 20 cm on the sides; up to 40 cm on the top; covered area smaller than 2/3 of the total area);
• not use supporting frames having an excessive impact;
• be in colors that match environmental ones (green) and are aesthetically acceptable.

b) The installation of small awnings in colors that match the installed equipment is permitted.

c) In no case may side closures of the pitches be installed with tarps or other fixed material.

d) All the structures shall be removed at the request of the Management and in any case before departing; otherwise, the Management shall have the right to remove them at the customer’s expense.
It is allowed to leave the frame and the protection tarp only on pitches with an annual contract.
ART. 14 – Pre-entrances
Caravan pre-entrances made of wood or other rigid materials may be installed in the pitches. The installation of such pre-entrances is subject to the prior written authorization from the Management. To obtain authorization, a diagram of the structure to be installed, containing width, length, depth and height measurements, materials used, external colors or whatever else required by the Management must be provided.
The installation of pre-entrances is alternative to the installation of any structure (kitchenettes, tarps, igloos, etc.) on the pitch in addition to the caravan cover and the veranda referred to in the subsequent points. A small 90 cm long, 80 cm high and 40 cm deep gas cylinder container may be installed.
Pre-entrances shall have the following dimensions:


· Maximum length: like the caravan and with an absolute limit of 7 meters;
· Maximum depth: 2.5 meters;
· Maximum height: 30 cm more than the caravan;
· Maximum closed surface: 15 square meters.

Together with pre-entrances, wooden canopies for covering the caravan and wooden roofs may be installed with the following maximum dimensions:
• Maximum length: like the caravan without shaft; with an absolute limit of 7 meters;
• Maximum depth: 30 cm more than the caravan for covering it and 2 meters for the roof;
• Maximum closed surface: 24 square meters;
• The cover for the caravan cannot be closed in any way to the sides;
• The roof cannot be closed to the sides, floored or fenced; a wooden platform can be placed in the roof, lifted from the ground by means of feet and enclosed with a removable and slightly visible fence;
• All structures must be located at a minimum distance of 1 meter from plants, light columns or other fixed installations.

The total covered area (closed and not closed) consisting of pre-entrance, caravan cover and roof cannot exceed 39 square meters. Pre-entrance, roof and caravan cover must be autonomous parts and easily separable.

It should be also noted that:

· The maximum pitch occupation surface can never be greater than 2/3 of the whole surface of the pitch;
· It shall always be possible to park a car inside the pitch.
Pre-entrances, caravan covers and roofs must be set up in a precarious manner, not secured to the ground and remain in the pitch for a time limited to the caravan parking period.
The authorization to install the pre-entrance, the caravan cover and the roof is always limited to the camping period with the caravan and in any case to be renewed expressly in writing for every year, or shorter period of presence in the campsite.
In particular, the pre-entrance must be made in such a way (base resistance, etc.) as to be lifted and moved by mechanical means.
Whenever the Management finds discrepancies between the authorization granted and what is actually installed by the customer, it will order the immediate adjustment to the authorization or the removal of the pre-entrance at the customer’s expense.
Pre-entrances may be installed in case of seasonal and annual contracts and shall be removed immediately at the request of the Management and in any case at the end of the stay. In the case of seasonal contracts, at the end of the season, the customer shall remove all the structures from the pitch. In the event of failure to comply with the above rules, the Management shall have the right to remove the pre-entrances at the customer’s expense. In case the annual or seasonal contract is not renewed, the pre-entrance and all equipment shall in any case be removed from the pitch at the customer’s expense.
In case the customer requests winter storage (undertaking to not use the caravan from October to March), the Management shall provide the best storage location and move or leave the caravan and the pre-entrance on the pitch, at its discretion.
In any case at the end of the contract, whether seasonal or annual as appropriate, the structures shall be removed by and at the expense of the customer, if the Management needs a pitch to be free for any reason.
The renewal of the contract, whether seasonal or annual, is subject to the full compliance with these provisions and other regulations of the campsite.
Customers are recommended to take out insurance for structures, equipment and camping risks.
It is also advisable to have a suitable extinguisher for the equipment used.
ART. 15 – Lost property
a) Property found within the campsite must be handed over to the Management for the fulfilment of legal procedures.
ART. 16 – Beach and pool service
a) The Management leaves the guest to choose shade spaces on the private beach, except for those already occupied or intended for “sunbed service”. If required, customers shall show the staff the special pass, which allows them to occupy spaces on the private beach.

b) Customers accessing the pool must have their personal pass, and wear rubber slippers and bathing suit.
• The maximum depth of the pool is 150 cm, the minimum depth is 90 cm; the depth of the children’s pool is 70 cm;
• Entry to the pool is allowed to up to 200 people at the same time;
• Entry to the pool is forbidden to unaccompanied guests under the age of 12;
• Guests are allowed to take a bath towel, a bathrobe and a small bag to the pool;
• Guests are not allowed to take bicycles, baby prams or strollers, balls and other toys, and animals to the pool;
• Toilet facilities are located next to the entrance to the pool;
• Guests are required to take a shower and footbath before getting into the pool;
• It is recommended not to bathe for less than 2 hours after eating a meal;
• Inside the pool it is forbidden to dive, run on the edge of the pool, play ball or balloon, eat packed lunch and swim in apnea;
• Bulky and valuable items must be stored inside the appropriate lockers;
• The use of the whirlpool is allowed for one cycle only, after it must be left available to the next customer.
ART. 17 – Liability and insurance
a) The use of sports and leisure equipment is at the customer’s own risk;

b) It is advisable to pay attention to personal belongings and to take the necessary precautions; money and valuables should not be left unattended in caravans, tents or housing units.

c) Moreover, the Management shall not be deemed responsible for:
• any theft of money and valuables not entrusted in custody;
• any theft of objects made possible due to the customer’s failure to take appropriate precautions;
• any damage caused to other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, diseases and epidemics of plants or other causes not depending on the campsite staff’s negligence.

d) Customers are recommended to take out insurance for structures, equipment and camping risks.

e) It is also advisable to have a suitable extinguisher for the equipment used.

f) Whenever leaving the campsite, disconnect all electrical appliances, fridges and freezers. The campsite shall not be deemed responsible for any damage caused by power cut-offs.
ART. 18 – Expulsion
a) The Management reserves the right to decide to expel anyone who, by violating the regulation or somehow affecting the harmony and spirit of the campsite, impairs the good state of community life and the interests of the tourist complex.

b) Customers already expelled or reprimanded will not be allowed to enter the campsite again without a new specific authorization from the Management.
ART. 19 – Winter storage
In case the customer signs a contract with the campsite for winter storage, caravans, carriages and pre-entrances shall be left on the pitch at the closing of the campsite and may be transferred to the storage area by the campsite. These will be positioned into the pitch at the beginning of the following season by the campsite. Caravans and carriages may be covered with tarps in order not to obstruct displacement. The power plug shall be disconnected from the power column before departure. Gas cylinders or other flammable materials shall be removed from inside caravans and carriages. It is forbidden to leave equipment, furnishings, clothing and personal objects inside the caravans and the facilities. The campsite shall insure the caravans and the other equipment deposited against thefts, vandalism and fires; the campsite shall not be responsible for thefts of and other damage (fires, etc.) to property left inside the pitches.
ART. 20 – Replacement contract
The “Replacement contract” provides the opportunity to indicate, at the beginning of the season, 7 people as guests of the pitch with annual or seasonal contract; these include the contemporary presence of 5 people in the campsite. The campsite shall give the pitch 5 passes and always retain 2. For the contemporary presence of more than 5 people, the presence of more than 7 people and the replacement of the specified names, please refer to the other rules of the campsite.
  • Booking of housing units (bungalows, mobile homes, cottages and housing tents) can be made and concluded by sending a fax or an email to our addresses, or directly on our website, through the online booking system. Booking is personal and, as such, it is considered valid only for people whose personal details are specified in the booking agreement.
  • Upon receipt of the booking request, Cesenatico Camping Village shall send the customer a quotation for the stay specifying: type of facility, dates of arrival and departure, exact amount of the stay, down payment (amounting to 30% of the total cost + € 45.00 as booking fee) and balance.
  • The contents of the quotation shall be verified by the customer and confirmed for acceptance via internet or fax.
  • The customer who wishes to book a stay must pay the deposit within 3 days of receipt of the quotation and settle the remaining balance no later than 15 days before the date of arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, in the following manner:
    -          by bank transfer

    For bookings made within 15 days before the date of arrival, the customer will have to pay the full amount of the stay upon confirmation of the reservation.
    By confirming the reservation and paying the deposit/balance, the reservation agreement shall be deemed concluded and it shall be binding as such. If the customer waives the stay in full or in part or wishes to make changes, other than as provided in point 12, the payment is in any case considered due.
    Any special promotions shall be subject to specific contractual terms.
    The stay tax, if any, and any extra services not booked shall be paid on site.
    WARNING: failure to observe the above payment terms constitutes such an express termination clause as to determine the termination of contract by Cesenatico Camping Village, subject to compensation for further damage suffered by Cesenatico Camping Village.
  • Upon arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, the customer shall go to the reception desk with his/her booking confirmation. The booked facility shall be available to customers from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and shall be left free by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. For any delayed departures (after 10.00 a.m.), Cesenatico Camping Village will charge the daily rate for the occupied facility to the customer in accordance with the price list. If the customer does not arrive at Cesenatico Camping Village by 10.00 a.m. on the following day established in the booking, without giving any notice thereof, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the booked facility available to third parties.
  • As regards final cleaning, it is mandatory and amounts to € 45.00, to be paid directly upon arrival at the reception desk.
  • Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings shall be submitted in writing. For cancellations due to causes provided for by the insurance policy, please refer to the insurance conditions. For any cancellations due to causes not covered by the insurance policy, the customer will be offered an alternative stay during the 2018 season. Should the customer be unable to enjoy the holiday, the deposit shall be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the summer season. € 80.00 shall be deducted from the paid amount.
    Cancellation policy
    In case a booking is cancelled, the paid amount shall be returned as follows:
    • up to 30 days from the date of arrival: no penalty
    • from 29 to 10 days from the date of arrival: 75% penalty
    • from 9 days to 1 day from the date of arrival: 90% penalty
    • No show: 100% penalty
  • Reservations of pitches for stays of minimum 7 nights with 2 paying adults are accepted (from August 4, 2018 to August 26, 2018 minimum stay 14 nights). The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the 30% deposit of the amount of the stay, in the following manner:

    The balance amount shall be settled on arrival at the campsite. In case of cancellation, which must be notified in writing within 7 days of the date of arrival, the customer will be offered an alternative stay during the 2018 season. Should the customer be unable to enjoy the holiday, the deposit shall be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the summer season. € 40.00 shall be deducted from the down payment for administration fees. No refund shall be given for cancellations beyond the abovementioned term. Upon arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, the customer shall go to the reception desk with his/her booking confirmation. The booked facility shall be available to customers from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival and shall be left free by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. For any delayed departures (after 12.00 noon), Cesenatico Camping Village will charge the daily rate for the occupied pitch to the customer in accordance with the price list. If the customer does not arrive at Cesenatico Camping Village by 10.00 a.m. on the following day established in the booking, without giving any notice thereof, the Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the booked pitch available to third parties.
  • By confirming the quotation, the customer accepts the booking conditions, the current price list and undertakes to comply with the Cesenatico Camping Village regulation. The Management shall have the right to terminate the booking agreement in case the underwriter, his/her family members and/or his/her guests do not comply with the applicable rules.
  • As regards animals, small and medium sized dogs (max 30 kg) are accepted, subject to communication upon booking. Dogs must be kept on a leash and possibly a muzzle; their admission is at the Management’s discretion.
  • Any promotional initiatives (special offers, last minute deals, etc.) made during the year will not be retroactive.
  • No changes in terms of personal details, number of participants or ancillary services are accepted other than specified in the agreement upon booking confirmation, except in case they are reported within 10 days of the date of arrival. All village and camping facilities will only be available to the people indicated on the data sheet, sent along with the deposit/balance.
  • Messages received from customers regarding preferences for the location of the village and camping facilities shall be treated as such and not be contractual or stand as absolute guarantee, as they will be assigned on site at the sole discretion of Cesenatico Camping Village.
