CANCELLATION

The booking cancellation can be accepted only in writing.
DEPOSIT REFUND:

• Seasonal bookings: 100% deposit refund within 28th February

Other bookings:
The deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 100% of the amount within 60 days before the arrival day
• 50% of the amount within 30 days before arrival day
• Less than 29 days: no refund

Should the booked pitch/lodging not be occupied at the expected date, nor the day after, nor within 12.00 a.m. of the second day without a previous notice, then the deposit will be kept and the booking cancelled.

DELAYED ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES

• In case of seasonal and annual bookings, should the customer decide to leave earlier than expected, then the stay amount can be calculated on a daily price base, on customer request and convenience.

For all the other bookings, the amount will be calculated on the base of the whole confirmed stay.
