Pet-friendly Campsite Cesenatico

We are a pet-friendly holiday village!

At Cesenatico Camping Village, small two- and four-legged friends are welcome in our pet-friendly bungalows and mobile homes and on our pitches.

Pets have free access to both the pitches and the accommodation units (the only exception is the Housing Tent, where only small dogs up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed), and there is the dog wash area, where they can be washed, dried and brushed.
If you don't want to stay away from your dog even when you are at the beach, mention it at the time of booking and we will recommend the dog-friendly bathing establishment closest to you*. If you want to let it run free, you can directly access the dedicated dog park of the Ponente public park from Cesenatico Camping Village.

we introduce you to the new swimming area for dogs at the beach!
A first for the Romagna Riviera, and especially for Cesenatico. An experimental project that Cesenatico Camping Village joined immediately to meet the needs of its pet-friendly guests.

This is a stretch of sea, next to Bagno Camping 94, marked by buoys on the shore, where both the dog and its owner can swim together all day, every day of the week! And when we say all day, we mean that the hours when you can swim are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.: 16 hours in which you can cool off in the sea!

* As per the local ordinance, it is necessary for the owner to keep his or her pet on a leash.

Pet Regulations
Dogs of all sizes may be allowed inside the campsite, with the exception of the following breeds: Rottweiler, Neapolitan mastiff, Dobermann, Cane Corso, Bulldog, Pit bull, Bull Terrier, Dogo and some types of shepherd dog, dogs belonging to the molossoid family, crosses between these breeds. Other pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation. Their presence must be indicated at the time of booking.

You must bring vaccination documents and a copy of the health certificate for all pets.


Within the campsite, dogs must be kept on a leash. The owner must carry a muzzle at all times, to be used in case of risk to the health of people or animals (Ord. Ministry of Health concerning the protection of public safety from aggression by dogs; art. 672 criminal code; art. 2052 civil code).
Owners will be held responsible for any damage caused to third parties or to the facilities of the campsite.
In addition, we would like to remind our guests of some rules of good conduct:
- Pets must be taken to the appropriate areas or away from the campsite for their physical needs. The owners are required to collect the poop of their animals and must ensure that they do not disturb the other guests of the village.

- Dogs and other pets cannot be let loose outside the pitches and the accommodation units.

- In the bathing establishment, which is dedicated to them, dogs must remain under the beach umbrella and cannot go into the water or walk along the shoreline.

- It is forbidden to bring pets to the pool and into the supermarket.

- Pets are not to be left alone in the accommodation units.

- Each owner is responsible to ensure the utmost compliance with health and hygiene standards during the stay of a pet in the bungalow.

- An Ordinance of the Rimini harbormaster prohibits dogs from accessing the beach.
