CAMPSITE REGULATIONS
These Rules and Regulations, the Price List and the Booking Conditions are brought to the knowledge of the Customers upon their arrival and are displayed both at the entrance and inside the campsite. The act of entering the campground means full acceptance of them by the Customer.
ART. 1 – Access to the campsite
- Anyone who intends to enter the campsite for any reason must be authorized by the Management.
- To this end, a valid identity document must be handed over to the Management for legal registration. The Management shall give guests "PASSES" for pedestrian access and shall register the license plate number to authorize access by vehicles.
- The "PASS," which is strictly personal and non-transferable to others, must be presented at the request of staff of the campsite, even for access to the swimming pools and means of transportation of the campsite. Improper use of the "PASS" and failure to show it will constitute grounds for expulsion from the campground.
- Minors not accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them are not allowed to enter.
- Access to and presence of unauthorized people in the campsite, and/or the introduction of unauthorized means of transportation and pets, imply the following as appropriate:
- Violation of the Public Safety Regulation;
- Violation of Criminal Code provisions for trespassing, invasion of land and buildings, theft of services;
- Crime of contract fraud.
ART. 2 – Minimum stay
The minimum stay at the campsite is 1 day for pitches, 2 days for accommodation units.
ART. 3 – Registration
The Customer is required to check the accuracy of the recorded data, report any discrepancies to the management and notify the management in advance of any variations, such as change of pitch, arrival and departure of guests.
ART. 4 – Limitation of the number of people per pitch - persons included
- No more than one guest group is allowed for each pitch.
- The flat rate for pitches for one year, one season, and one month includes up to four people, who cannot be replaced.
- In case of the payment of a flat rate for a period of one year and one season, it is possible to stipulate the so called "5+2 substitution contract", which provides the possibility of indicating, at the beginning of the season, up to 7 people as guests of the pitch; among them, the simultaneous presence in the campsite of a maximum of 5 people will be allowed. The campsite will give the pitch holder 5 passes, always retaining the remaining 2. For the simultaneous presence of more than 5 people, you shall refer to the daily price list of the campsite.
- For all annual and seasonal contracts, an electricity meter will be installed. Consumption in excess of that included in the contract (specified as 180 kW per year for seasonal contracts and 240 kW per year for annual contracts) will be charged.
ART. 5 Choice and use of pitches and accommodation units
- The pitch can be chosen by the Customer from among those indicated by the staff.
- Before the customer’s entry into the campsite for the selected period, the Management of the campsite reserves the right to change the pitch or housing unit number assigned at any time, even after the customer has sent the deposit. In addition, after the installation or renewal of the contract, the Management reserves the right to move the customer from a pitch or housing unit that is necessary for the activity or for work in the campsite.
- Bookings cannot be transferred to third parties without the authorization from the Campsite Management.
- Booked pitches can only be occupied with the prior authorization from the Management upon payment of a deposit determined annually by the management.
- All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly stowed within the boundaries of the pitch.
- The customer is required to take care of the pitch personally (cleaning, picking up leaves, cutting grass, etc. etc.).
- The customer must place within the pitch his or her equipment for the stay (caravan, RV, mobile home, tent), their accessories if allowed and authorized (awning tents, verandas, gazebos, etc.) and permitted furniture (planters, hedges, platforms, mats and other permeable ground covers, fences, barbecues, sofas, chairs, lockers, etc.), leaving at least 60cm of space from an edge of the pitch. In any case, the road bordering the pitch must be left free of any obstacle, including the temporarily parked car, for a minimum width of 3 meters.
- Upon arrival, the guests of the housing units shall pay a deposit of € 150.00, which will be returned to them when they hand back the keys of their accommodation unit, provided everything is in good conditions. Inspection of the accommodation unit will take place on the day of departure. The customer undertakes to take care of and keep the facility, its equipment and furniture clean. Any damages or shortcomings must be reported to the Management within 24 hours of arrival; otherwise, the customer shall be personally accountable therefor. The Management is authorized to check the lodging at any time.
- At the end of the stay, guests can make reservations for the following season by paying a flat rate for a month.
- Each year, seasonal and annual customers may ask the management to reconfirm the pitches, occupied by paying a flat rate for a season or a month in the current season, by 30/11.
ART. 6 – Arrival and departure times
- Reserved pitches can be occupied starting at 12 p.m., the accommodation units starting at 4 p.m.
- If the departure does not take place within the required timeframe, before 12 p.m. for the pitches and before 10 a.m. for accommodation units, the customer will be required to pay the price for an overnight stay for the day of departure as well.
ART. 7 – Daily guests – Visitors
- The management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and day guests, always without dogs, with free permission for a maximum of 2 hours, subject to the operational requirements of the accommodation facility.
- A subsequent extension of the stay must be authorized by the management and will result in the payment of the stay according to the price list. As such, all changes in the stay must be reported by 8:00 p.m.
- Visitors and guests can only enter the campsite on foot and during the scheduled time of the day.
- Customers of the campsite are required to make sure that their guests are in possession of the authorization from the Management and shall be responsible for their behaviour inside the campsite.
ART. 8 - Pets
- Pets are allowed at the Management's discretion. Dogs of all sizes are admitted to the campsite, with the exception of the following breeds: Rottweiler, Neapolitan mastiff, Cane Corso, bulldog, pit bull, bull terrier, dogo and certain types of shepherd dog, dogs attributable to the molossoid breed, crosses between such breeds. The above list is not exhaustive, and dogs - even of different breeds - are allowed only with written permission from the management, issued after showing documents and a photo of the dog or the dog itself. Other pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 animals per accommodation. You should bring the vaccination records and a copy of the health certificate of your pets. Their presence must be reported compulsorily at the time of booking.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash (maximum length 1.5 m) and with a muzzle and must always be taken to the appropriate areas or outside the campsite for their physical needs. The owners are obliged to collect the poop of their animals and ensure that they do not disturb the other guests of the campsite. Cats and other pets cannot be let loose outside on the pitches or around the accommodation units. It is forbidden to bring pets to the swimming pool, into the supermarket and to the playground. It is not allowed to leave animals alone inside the accommodations.
- The owners of the animals are responsible for any damage caused to third parties or to the facilities of the campsite.
- Dogs, as per the Port Authority Ordinance, are prohibited from accessing the beach, unless in the dedicated spaces. Dogs are not allowed to access and use the toilets and showers, and may be washed only in the dedicated spaces.
ART. 9 – Quiet hours and silence
- Behaviour, activities, games and the use of equipment causing disturbance to guests must be avoided at all times.
- In particular, during the quiet hours, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from midnight to 7 a.m., the following are not permitted: - the use of sound equipment; - the use of sports and leisure installations and equipment; - the loading and unloading of luggage; - the setting up and breaking down of tents or structures. The entry, exit and circulation of motor vehicles is always prohibited from midnight to 7 a.m.
- With regard to the use of electric scooters, they must be operated at walking pace and comply with road signs. They may only be used with a protective helmet.
ART. 10 – Circulation of vehicles and parking - Caravan entrance
- Access to the campsite is only allowed to cars and motorbikes reported by the customer and identified by a license plate number. For each pitch or accommodation unit, there can be only one vehicle at a time in the campsite.
- All vehicles may only be used to enter and leave the campsite during the permitted hours, at a walking pace and in compliance with the signs. From midnight to 7 a.m., it is forbidden to drive cars and motorbikes inside the campsite; it is always forbidden to drive cars and motorbikes within the playground area.
- Vehicles and motorbikes must be parked on the pitch, which must be occupied by the guest's equipment, leaving the necessary space, or in the allocated parking space. The vehicles of the guests of the accommodation units (bungalows, cottages, housing tent, mobile home) must be parked exclusively on the assigned parking space; failure to do so will result in their removal at the expense of the customer. Therefore, guests who park vehicles out of place will receive a €40.00 fine. They will also be required to move the vehicle at their own expense.
- Access by car, by automatic number-plate recognition, in case of violation of these regulations, found by the management, will be disabled.
- Motor caravans, caravans and trolleys used by guests for their stay at the Campsite must be approved and in any case in conformity with the legal provisions in force for road traffic and the guest will be responsible for any effect resulting from failure to comply with this provision.
ART. 11 – Children
Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children so as not to disturb the peace and safety of other guests.
ART. 12 – Various prohibitions
It is prohibited:
- To throw away municipal waste without using the appropriate containers and abandon special or hazardous waste in the campsite area;
- Dig holes or gullies in the ground and change the boundary ditches of the plots;
- Occupy space outside the pitch in any way. It is mandatory to leave inside the pitch a space of at least 60cm from an edge.
- Light fires outdoors.
- Keep at the pitch more than one gas cylinder and that it is not connected to the system it supplies.
- Use on the pitches, in the equipment of the accommodation installed therein, and in the mobile homes owned by the guest, electrical and gas systems that are not in compliance with the regulations on their use.
- Perform work or have work performed by third parties, using noisy or electrically powered equipment to carry out work of any kind at the pitch, without written permission from the management of the campground. Such work may not be carried out on weekends throughout the year and on all days from May to September inclusive.
- Damage vegetation and campsite equipment.
- Pour or disperse oils, fuels, boiling, salty or waste liquids on the ground. It is also forbidden to dump unused liquid or solid waste or unused paints, solvents etc. down manholes or other drains;
- Wash cars, other vehicles, tarps and objects of any kind that require the use of chemical or specific products outside the space provided at the entrance to the campsite;
- Wash dishes and laundry outside the designated sinks;
- Wash or bathe at the drinking fountains on the campsite;
- Waste or misuse water;
- Use electricity in excess of the stipulated amount (4 Amps) and connect to more than one socket per pitch;
- To put up fences, tie and anchor anything to plants, pull ropes at eye level and install anything else that could constitute a potential danger or be an obstacle to free passage. Small fences may be authorised in writing by the Management only for special reasons, such as in the case the guest is traveling with small children or dogs. Unauthorised construction will be removed by the Campsite staff at the guest's expense;
- Drive a car or other vehicles at a speed higher than 'walking pace';
- Install kitchenettes made of hard material.
- Lay paving on the pitch, with the exception of the use of permeable mats and small wooden bases, which are easy to remove and in any case always within the area covered by tarps and other protective equipment; unauthorised paving will be removed by Campsite staff at the expense of the guest;
- Flush toilets containing formaldehyde on the campsite;
- Display any notices of a commercial nature on the pitch. These notices may be displayed on the notice board at the Reception;
- Accumulate water by using containers brought from outside the campsite and in addition to those provided with the accommodation units (caravans or RVs), especially of a size not suitable for normal use. The rules for storing food and drink should also be observed for water stored in the containers of the accommodations, and containers should be emptied if they are not used for several days;
- Install fireplaces and barbecues less than 1 meter from any other object or equipment on the pitch; installation is always subject to written authorisation by the Management;
- Transit over other people's pitches to reach bathrooms or other areas of the campground.
ART. 13 – Protection tarps, gazebos, awnings.
- The installation, with prior permission and free of charge, of protective tarp awnings is allowed; tarp awnings, made of self-extinguishing or preferably fireproof material, shall in any case:
- not be hooked to plants;
- not have a size larger than that of the caravan and the veranda, and not have more than a 10% incline (tolerances: up to 200 cm on the front; up to 20 cm on the sides; up to 40 cm on the top; covered area smaller than 2/3 of the total area);
- Being transparent and roll-up;
- not use supporting frames having an excessive impact;
- be of a color in harmony with those in the environment and aesthetically acceptable.
- It is allowed to install awnings, anchored to the veranda, of small size and of a color in harmony with the equipment installed, and in any case retractable, mechanically or electrically.
- In no case may side closures of the pitches be installed with tarps or other fixed material.
- All structures must be removed on management's order and in any case at the end of the stay; otherwise the management has the right to remove them at the expense of the customer.
- Gazebos may be installed without any side closure and in any case within the limit of a total of 39 square meters, always respecting the maximum area covered as per the regulations.
ART.14 – Caravan awnings
Caravan awnings made of wood or other hard materials may be installed in the pitches. The installation of such awnings is subject to the prior written authorization from the Management. To obtain authorization, a diagram of the structure to be installed, containing width, length, depth and height measurements, materials used, external colors or whatever else required by the Management must be provided.In any case, the pitch can be set up with a maximum of three modules, of which: caravan, caravan awning and veranda.
The installation of awnings is alternative to the installation of any structure (kitchenettes, tarps, igloos, etc.) on the pitch in addition to the caravan cover and the veranda referred to in the subsequent points. It will be possible to install a tank holder of modest dimensions, length 90 cm, height 80 cm and depth 40 cm, on the short side of the awning.
Awnings shall have the following dimensions:

Authorisation for the installation of the pre-entrance, the caravan cover and the veranda is always limited to the duration of the stay at the campsite with the caravan and in any event must be expressly extended in writing for each year or shorter period of stay at the campsite.
In particular, the pre-entrance must be built with measures (strength of the base, etc.) that make it possible to lift and move it with mechanical means.
If the Management identifies discrepancies between the authorisation granted and what has actually been installed by the Customer, it will order the immediate modification based on the granted authorisation or the removal of the pre-entrance at the Customer's expense
Pre-entrances may be installed in the case of seasonal and annual contracts and must be removed immediately following an order from the Management and in any case at the same time as the end of the stay. In the case of seasonal contracts, at the end of the season, the customer must remove all structures from the pitch. In the case of non-compliance, the Campsite Management will have the right to proceed with the removal of the pre-entrances at the expense of the Customer. In case of non-renewal of the annual or seasonal contract, the pre-entrance must in any case be removed from the pitch, together with all the other equipment and at the expense of the customer.
If the Customer requests winter storage, committing not to use the caravan in any way during the months of October to March included, the Management will make the best arrangement for storage, moving or leaving the caravan and the pre-entrance on the pitch, at its complete discretion.
In any case, at the end of the contract, whether seasonal or annual, in course and from time to time, if the management considers that the pitch is free for any reason, the structures must be removed at the expense of the Customer.
The renewal of the contract, whether seasonal or annual, is subject to full compliance with these provisions and other campsite regulations.
Customers are advised to take out insurance in advance for the facilities, equipment and risks of camping.
Please remember that it is good policy to have a fire extinguisher suitable for the equipment used.
The installation of awnings is alternative to the installation of any structure (kitchenettes, tarps, igloos, etc.) on the pitch in addition to the caravan cover and the veranda referred to in the subsequent points. It will be possible to install a tank holder of modest dimensions, length 90 cm, height 80 cm and depth 40 cm, on the short side of the awning.
Awnings shall have the following dimensions:
- Maximum depth: 2.5 meters;
- Maximum height: 30 cm more than the caravan;
- Maximum closed surface: 18 square meters.
- The veranda may not be enclosed at the sides, paved or fenced; a wooden platform may be placed on the veranda, raised off the ground with feet and limited by a removable fence with minimum visual impact;
- All structures must be placed at a minimum distance of 1 metre from plants, power columns or other fixed installations.
Please also note that:
- The maximum occupancy area of the pitch may never exceed 2/3 of the entire surface area of the pitch;
- It must always be possible to park a car on the pitch.
Authorisation for the installation of the pre-entrance, the caravan cover and the veranda is always limited to the duration of the stay at the campsite with the caravan and in any event must be expressly extended in writing for each year or shorter period of stay at the campsite.

If the Management identifies discrepancies between the authorisation granted and what has actually been installed by the Customer, it will order the immediate modification based on the granted authorisation or the removal of the pre-entrance at the Customer's expense

ART. 14 a - Private toilet-shower blocks
In addition, removable structures may be installed on the pitches to serve as toilet/shower blocks, reserved for the occupants of the pitch. The structures may be made of wood and other hard materials. The Management will prepare 2 general guidelines, which customers must follow for the construction of the service blocks, with regard to the dimensions, materials to be used, colours and bringing any equipment placed there up to standard.
The installation of the bathroom blocks is subject to the prior written authorization of the campsite management. In order to obtain authorization, an illustrative diagram of the structure to be installed must be made, containing its measurements in length, depth and height, the materials used, the external colors and/or anything else requested by the Management.
A plan of the pitch must also be submitted, identifying all the equipment located there and the relevant measurements.
The sanitary blocks may have the following dimensions and characteristics:

The sanitary blocks may be subject to a temporary municipal authorisation, if required, and should be requested by the campsite and will have a maximum duration of 6 months per year. After this period of 6 months, the toilet blocks can be relocated to special storage areas at the customer's expense.
The authorisation to install the service blocks is always limited to the period of the presence in the campsite with the caravan and in any case must be expressly renewed in writing for each year or shorter duration of stay on the campsite.
In particular, the sanitary block must be built with measures (strength of the base, etc...) that make it possible and easy to lift and move with mechanical means. To this end, the connections to the electrical, water and sewage systems must also be easy to remove.
If Management discovers any discrepancies between the authorisation granted and what has actually been installed by the customer, it shall order the immediate adjustment based the granted authorisation or the removal of the sanitary block, at the customer's expense.
If no adjustment is made, the Management will remove it directly at the customer's expense.
In any case, at the end of the seasonal or annual contract, as the case may be, if the Management deem to have the pitch vacated for any reason whatsoever, the structures must be removed at the expense of the customer.
A new contract for the following years, whether seasonal or annual, is subject to full compliance with these provisions and other campsite regulations.
The installation of the bathroom blocks is subject to the prior written authorization of the campsite management. In order to obtain authorization, an illustrative diagram of the structure to be installed must be made, containing its measurements in length, depth and height, the materials used, the external colors and/or anything else requested by the Management.
A plan of the pitch must also be submitted, identifying all the equipment located there and the relevant measurements.
The sanitary blocks may have the following dimensions and characteristics:
- Maximum length: 2 meters
- Maximum depth: 1.8 meters
- Maximum height: 2.20 meters inside and 2.40 meters outside.
Please also note that:
- The maximum area of occupation of the pitch may never exceed 2/3 of the entire surface area of the pitch.
- It shall always be possible to park a car on the pitch.
The sanitary blocks may be subject to a temporary municipal authorisation, if required, and should be requested by the campsite and will have a maximum duration of 6 months per year. If no adjustment is made, the Management will remove it directly at the customer's expense.
In any case, at the end of the seasonal or annual contract, as the case may be, if the Management deem to have the pitch vacated for any reason whatsoever, the structures must be removed at the expense of the customer.
A new contract for the following years, whether seasonal or annual, is subject to full compliance with these provisions and other campsite regulations.
ART. 14 b - Mobile Homes
On the pitches, customers, if authorised, may install removable structures, such as mobile homes reserved for the occupants of the pitch. The structures must be manufactured by qualified companies operating in the sector and previously authorised in writing by the campsite management.
To obtain authorisation, an illustrative diagram of the structure to be installed must be made, containing the measurements of the structure in terms of length, depth and height, the materials used, the external colors and/or anything else requested by the Management.
A floor plan of the pitch must also be submitted, including identification of all the equipment located there and its measurements.
The number of people that the mobile homes can accommodate shall correspond to that specified by the manufacturer. All mobile homes must have a dedicated outdoor area, including a parking space, even if located in different areas, equal to their overall surface area. The mobile homes must:
a) keep the turning mechanisms in operation;
b) have no permanent connection to the ground and the connections to the electrical, water and sewage systems must be removable at all times.
Together with the mobile home, only an open veranda, with roof covering only, can be installed next to it. The materials used must be rigid, removable and transportable. Verandas must also be authorized as provided for in the first paragraph.
The installation of protective tarps on the sides of the veranda is allowed, upon authorization and free of charge; the protective tarps, made of self-extinguishing or preferably fireproof material, must in any case be transparent and retractable and be aesthetically acceptable.
All structures must be removed by order of the management and in any case at the end of the stay, otherwise the management will have the right to proceed with the removal at the expense of the guest.
You are allowed, at the back of the mobile home, or the side opposite the road, to install a tool cabinet of the following dimensions: maximum height 180 cm, maximum width 150 cm, maximum depth 80 cm. Any objects, e.g., washing machine, washbasin, etc., must be placed inside the cabinet itself; no object must be placed outside the cabinet.
An exception to this is the bike rack, which can be positioned at the back of the mobile home. In this regard, please note that bikes can be covered with a tarp for the closing period and the same must be removed during the opening period of the campsite, and in any case must be aesthetically acceptable.
Moreover, it is prohibited to cover the free surface of the ground with tarps. A small passageway with outdoor paving, strictly for the entrance to the mobile home and around the perimeter of the mobile home itself, is allowed as an alternative. Two rows of plots are allowed for the passage from the street to the entrance of the mobile home, and one row along the perimeter, with standard dimensions 40 cm x 40 cm.
The installation of any type of fence, or poles or chains, removable or not, that demarcate the pitch assigned to the guest is not allowed.
If the Management verifies discrepancies between the authorisation granted and what has actually been installed by the client, it shall order the immediate adjustment based on the authorisation or the removal, at the expense of the customer. If no adjustment is made, the Management shall directly remove the equipment at the expense of the guest.
Removal measures at the expense and care of the client will also be ordered in the event of non-compliance with valid statutory provisions and regional regulations.
When purchasing a mobile home directly from the campsite, the client commits to never and for no reason change the external state of the structure and to pay for electricity and gas according to consumption.
In any case, at the end of the seasonal or annual contract, from time to time in progress, should the Management deem the pitch to be vacated for any reason, the structures shall be removed at the customer's expense
The new contract for the following years, whether seasonal or annual, is subject to the full compliance with these provisions and other regulations of the Campsite as well as with the law.
To obtain authorisation, an illustrative diagram of the structure to be installed must be made, containing the measurements of the structure in terms of length, depth and height, the materials used, the external colors and/or anything else requested by the Management.
A floor plan of the pitch must also be submitted, including identification of all the equipment located there and its measurements.
The number of people that the mobile homes can accommodate shall correspond to that specified by the manufacturer. All mobile homes must have a dedicated outdoor area, including a parking space, even if located in different areas, equal to their overall surface area. The mobile homes must:
a) keep the turning mechanisms in operation;
b) have no permanent connection to the ground and the connections to the electrical, water and sewage systems must be removable at all times.
Together with the mobile home, only an open veranda, with roof covering only, can be installed next to it. The materials used must be rigid, removable and transportable. Verandas must also be authorized as provided for in the first paragraph.
The installation of protective tarps on the sides of the veranda is allowed, upon authorization and free of charge; the protective tarps, made of self-extinguishing or preferably fireproof material, must in any case be transparent and retractable and be aesthetically acceptable.
All structures must be removed by order of the management and in any case at the end of the stay, otherwise the management will have the right to proceed with the removal at the expense of the guest.
You are allowed, at the back of the mobile home, or the side opposite the road, to install a tool cabinet of the following dimensions: maximum height 180 cm, maximum width 150 cm, maximum depth 80 cm. Any objects, e.g., washing machine, washbasin, etc., must be placed inside the cabinet itself; no object must be placed outside the cabinet.
An exception to this is the bike rack, which can be positioned at the back of the mobile home. In this regard, please note that bikes can be covered with a tarp for the closing period and the same must be removed during the opening period of the campsite, and in any case must be aesthetically acceptable.
Moreover, it is prohibited to cover the free surface of the ground with tarps. A small passageway with outdoor paving, strictly for the entrance to the mobile home and around the perimeter of the mobile home itself, is allowed as an alternative. Two rows of plots are allowed for the passage from the street to the entrance of the mobile home, and one row along the perimeter, with standard dimensions 40 cm x 40 cm.
The installation of any type of fence, or poles or chains, removable or not, that demarcate the pitch assigned to the guest is not allowed.
If the Management verifies discrepancies between the authorisation granted and what has actually been installed by the client, it shall order the immediate adjustment based on the authorisation or the removal, at the expense of the customer. If no adjustment is made, the Management shall directly remove the equipment at the expense of the guest.
Removal measures at the expense and care of the client will also be ordered in the event of non-compliance with valid statutory provisions and regional regulations.
When purchasing a mobile home directly from the campsite, the client commits to never and for no reason change the external state of the structure and to pay for electricity and gas according to consumption.
In any case, at the end of the seasonal or annual contract, from time to time in progress, should the Management deem the pitch to be vacated for any reason, the structures shall be removed at the customer's expense
The new contract for the following years, whether seasonal or annual, is subject to the full compliance with these provisions and other regulations of the Campsite as well as with the law.
ART. 15 – Winter storage
In case the customer signs a contract with the campsite for winter storage, caravans, trailers and awnings shall be left on the pitch when the campsite closes and may be transferred to the storage area by the campsite. These will be positioned into the pitch at the beginning of the following season by the campsite. Covering the caravan and trolleys with tarps should be done in a way that does not obstruct their relocation. The power outlet shall be disconnected from the power hook-up before departure. No gas canisters or other flammable material may be left inside. It is forbidden to leave equipment, furnishings, clothing and personal objects inside the caravans and the facilities. The campsite shall insure the caravans and the other equipment deposited against theft, vandalism and fires; the campsite shall not be responsible for theft of and other damage (fires, etc.) to property left inside the pitches.
ART. 16 – Lost property
Items found within the campground must be handed over to management for legal compliance.
ART. 17 – Beach service and pool
- Guests staying on a pitch have the right to a shady spot (beach umbrella only) in the bathing establishments specified by the Management. If requested, guests must show the staff the special "PASS", which allows them to occupy the beach umbrella. Guests staying in mobile homes, if they request it, will be able to enjoy the beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) upon payment of the fee specified by the campsite.
- Customers accessing the pool must have their personal PASS, and wear rubber slippers and only the bathing suit.
- The maximum depth of the pool is 150 cm, the minimum depth is 90 cm; the depth of the children’s pool is 70 cm;
- Access to the pool is permitted for a maximum of 350 people at the same time during the hours displayed at the entrance;
- Access to the pool is forbidden to unaccompanied guests under the age of 12;
- You are allowed to bring a bath towel, bathrobe, small bag to the pool;
- It is not allowed to take bicycles, balls, other toys and pets to the pool;
- Toilet facilities are located next to the entrance to the pool;
- It is required to take a shower and footbath before getting into the pool;
- It is recommended not to bathe within 3 hours of eating a meal;
- Diving, running around the pool, playing ball or football, packed lunches and holding breath underwater are prohibited in the pool;
- The use of the hot tub is only allowed for one cycle, after which you must make way for the next customer.
ART. 18 – Liability and insurance
- The use of sports and leisure equipment is at the customer’s own risk;
- It is advisable to pay attention to personal belongings and to take the necessary precautions; money and valuables should not be left unattended in caravans, tents or accommodation units.
- Moreover, the Management shall not be deemed responsible for:
- any theft of money and valuables not entrusted to custody;
- any theft of objects made possible due to the customer’s failure to take appropriate precautions;
- any damage caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, diseases and epidemics, including of plants or other causes not dependent on the negligence of the staff of the campsite.
- Guests are asked to take out insurance preemptively for both facilities and equipment and for the risks of camping, including any damage caused to other guests and the campground.
- It is also good practice to have a fire extinguisher appropriate for the equipment used.
- Whenever you leave the campsite you must unplug all electrical appliances, including refrigerators and freezers. The campground is not liable for any damage caused by power outages.
ART. 19 – Expulsion
- The management reserves the right to expel those who, in its judgement, violate the rules or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the accommodation facility, thereby damaging the smooth running of community life and the interests of the tourist facility.
- Customers who have already been expelled or reprimanded may not re-enter the campsite without a new, specific authorisation from the management.
Booking conditions – Cesenatico Camping Village
- Bookings for accommodation units (bungalows, mobile homes, cottages and housing tents) can be made and completed by e-mail at our contact details, or directly on our website, using the online booking system. The booking is nominative and as such is considered valid only for the persons whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
- Upon receipt of the booking request, Cesenatico Camping Village will send guests a quote for their stay, indicating: the type of accommodation, the arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the stay, the method of payment of the deposit, which is 30% of the total amount, and of the final payment.
- The content of the quote must be verified by the client, and its acceptance must be confirmed by e-mail.
- Customers wishing to book their stay must pay the deposit within 3 days of receiving the quote and make the final payment no later than 12 days before the date of arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, using the following methods:

For bookings made in the 12 days prior to the arrival date, the customer must pay the full amount of the stay upon confirmation of the reservation.
With the confirmation of the booking and the payment of the deposit/balance, the booking contract is concluded and as such is binding. If the customer cancels all or part of the stay or wishes to make changes, outside the provisions of item l, the fee shall be considered due in any case.
Any special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions.
Tourist tax, if applicable, and any extra services not booked will be paid on site.
PLEASE NOTE: failure to observe the above-mentioned payment terms constitutes an express termination clause that determines the legal termination of the contract by Cesenatico Camping Village, without prejudice to compensation for further damages suffered by Cesenatico Camping Village. - Upon arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, the customer must go to the reception with his booking confirmation. The accommodation booked will be available to customer from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. For any late departures (after 10.00 a.m.) Cesenatico Camping Village will charge the customer the daily rate of the accommodation unit occupied, in accordance with the public price list. If guests do not arrive at Cesenatico Camping Village by 10.00 a.m. on the next day specified in the booking, without giving any notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and make it available to third parties.
- As for the final cleaning, this is compulsory and amounts to € 50.00. The sum it to be paid at the same time as the final payment.
- Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and sent via e-mail. For cancellations due to causes covered by the insurance policy, please refer to the insurance conditions. For cancellations due to causes not covered by the insurance policy, communicated in writing within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival, the customer will be offered a stay in a different period during the current season. If the customer is unable to make use of the holiday, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer at the end of the summer season. €. 80.00 will be deducted from the deposit. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations made after the deadline indicated above.
- We accept bookings for pitches for a minimum stay of 7 nights with 2 paying adults; in August, a minimum stay of 14 nights.
The customer who wishes to make a reservation for the stay must proceed with the payment of the deposit within 3 days after receiving the quote and make the final payment no later than 12 days prior to the date of arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, using the following methods:

Upon arrival at Cesenatico Camping Village, guests must go to the reception desk with their booking confirmation. The accommodation booked will be available to guests from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. For any late departures (after 12 noon) Cesenatico Camping Village shall charge the customer the daily rate of the pitch occupied, in accordance with the price list to the public. If the customer does not arrive at Cesenatico Camping Village by 10 a.m. on the day following the one specified in the reservation, without giving any notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the accommodation available to third parties. - By confirming the quote, the customer accepts the booking conditions, the current price list and undertakes to strictly comply with the regulations of Cesenatico Camping Village. The Management has the right to terminate the booking contract if the undersigned, his family members and/or guests fail to comply with current regulations.
- With regard to pets, dogs of all sizes are allowed in the camping site, with the exception of the following breeds: rottweiler, Neapolitan mastiff, Cane Corso, bulldog, pit bull, bull terrier, dogo and some types of shepherd dogs, dogs related to the molossoid family, crossbreeds between these breeds. Other pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation. It is mandatory to keep dogs on a leash and it is advisable to bring a muzzle as well; their entry is at management's discretion.
- Any promotional initiatives (special offers, last minute deals, etc.) carried out during the year cannot be retroactive.
- No changes in terms of personal details, number of participants or additional services will be accepted with respect to what is stated in the booking confirmation, unless they are communicated within 10 days before the date of arrival. All village and campsite facilities will therefore be available only to the persons indicated on the data sheet, sent together with the deposit/final payment.
- Comments received from guests regarding their preference for a certain type of accommodation of the village or campsite shall be treated as such and and do not give guarantees nor are they contractual in nature, since the allocation shall take place on site at the sole discretion of Cesenatico Camping Village.
